COLOUR CONSISTENCY &

ONLINE CERTIFICATION

Colour is different on every substrate, so the aim is to obtain colour data based on ISO and Pantone® standards.

RJ2 has proven methods that enable suppliers to accurately reproduce for offset print, digital print, newsprint, web, paints and plastic application.

Similarly, online Vision Impairment Colour Standards for government and large corporations usually require WCAG v2 AA ratings.

ASSET LIBRARY

CREATION

Asset creation is a mix of Brandmarks, photography, fonts, iconography, templates and patterns.

RJ2 will create a library of assets based on the tested colours so that correct reproduction in offset print, digital print, newsprint, online and Microsoft Office Apps is guaranteed.

The library can be a set of files located on the brand's server, hosted in the cloud or within specially created fonts.

TYPOGRAPHY &

FONT CREATION

A bespoke font or Brandmark engages customers, drives brand reputation, and enhances commercial outcomes.

Designers will usually create a few characters from scratch or select an existing font and manipulate it to be unique. The Brandmark may be a sketch or illustrator vector.

From these designs, RJ2’s experienced typographer will perfect the font set & Brandmark for use on all platforms.

RETOUCHING

RJ2 has an eye for creative retouching, colour balancing and an ability for spot/CMYK colour channels.

A vital step in building the brand’s photographic library requires applying the correct colour profiles. This ensures all suppliers have a consistent start for pre-press work.

We ensure the correct ISO/PSO colour printing profiles are used rather than using the default Adobe U.S. profiles.

RJ2 can develop and build on the designers concept to create beautiful Illustrator CS vector or pixel perfect technically accurate icons.

Correct colour profiles will be applied. This ensures all suppliers have a consistent start for pre-press work.

Adobe software & PMS CMYK values default to U.S. profiles so we ensure the Australasian ISO/PSO profiles and/or the tested brand CMYK values are used when the files are created.
